No longer will you have to make do with the fabric, size, and color of manufactured items. This is especially helpful when it comes to your wardrobe. Clothing stores won’t dictate what you wear or the styles from which you can choose. When you sew, you can alter clothing patterns to your exact measurements so the garments will be more flattering.

The same principle applies to home furnishings. Now you can mix and match fabrics of your own choosing. This enables you to create a personal paradise by sewing your own curtains, tablecloths, throw pillows, bedspreads, and other decorative/functional items.
